Landings at Aero Park Homeowners Association

We are in the southwest corner of Menomonee Falls, in Waukesha County, near where Lannon Road meets Lisbon Road, out in the northwest suburbs of Milwaukee.

Two other associations sit alongside us. Tamarind, single-family homes like ours, is to the west and north. The Highlands, condominiums and apartments, is to the east.

Aero Park is close by: 79 acres the Village assembled on a former grass airstrip, which is where the neighborhood's name and the warbird on the entrance sign come from. It opened in 2023 with multi-use trails, and the Village's plan adds courts, open-air shelters and a playground in phases.

Wanaki Golf Course borders the park to the west, and the Brookfield Sports Complex is just south-east, across Lisbon Road. Menomonee Park and the Bugline Trail are a few miles north in Lannon.

Homes here are in the Hamilton School District, which is based in Sussex and serves six municipalities, this corner of Menomonee Falls among them. Children here go to Marcy Elementary, which takes 5K through fourth grade. From there it is Silver Spring Intermediate for fifth and sixth, Templeton Middle for seventh and eighth, and then Hamilton High School. Four-year-old kindergarten is at Willow Springs Learning Center.
